Hayley joined Everything Financial Group in 2023. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Simon Fraser University in 2021 with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in Criminology. After graduating, she entered the education system working as an Education Assistant/Learning Support Teacher for 3 years. Although she loved working in the school helping students, she felt a strong desire to become a financial advisor after watching her parents go through the Omni Formula process themselves. She gained valuable experience and knowledge during her work with students and is excited to bring the skills she’s acquired to Everything Financial.

In addition to mentoring under Peter Cishecki and the Everything Financial Associate Advisor team, Hayley is currently completing the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) and the Canadian Securities Course as she works towards her Certified Financial Planners designation.

Hayley has spent many years involved competitively in sports. She was a provincial champion on both her volleyball and hockey teams. After retiring from competitive sports, Hayley began a coaching career in volleyball and is currently the head coach of a U16 Club Volleyball Team. In 2022 she lead the team to a silver medal in the BC Provincials! During her years of coaching, Hayley has learned determination, commitment and valuable leadership skills, and she is excited to bring that energy and enthusiasm to the Everything Financial Team. When Hayley has some spare time, she loves being active – whether it’s working out at the gym, hiking outdoors or playing sports!
